Sentou Ryu Dojo NC begins training sessions in new location. Traditional & Combat Karate, Kenjutsu, Aiki Jujitsu, Ta'i Chi and Japanese battlefield arts comprise the martial curriculum.

New instruction in traditional battlefield arts is taken to a higher level with instructors trained in Japan.

Top student Ichi ban graduates to receive Shodan degree- earmarked for Sentou menkyo kaiden teaching license; Later becomes Sentou Shihaan in 2006.

After 12 + years of rigorous training, the Sentou Ryu Fighting Arts NY is established - offering Judo, Karate, Kobudo, Ta'i Chi, Qi Gong practice. Guest instruction offered by Malay Ta'i chi and push hands champion.

Sentou Ryu instructor takes first place at invitational sparring tournament - the beginning of new outlook on & bridging the gap between sport and combat fighting.

Sentou Ryu budoka instructed from world renown Chinese, Japanese and Okinawan instructors. Soke instructs military and police on modern combatives.
